FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Unfortunately due to the highly specialized nature of our printing process we can not offer returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you were sent the wrong item or the wrong size, send us an email at support@sidelinetees.com and let us know. You can keep the incorrect item(s) and we will send you the right product ASAP.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sidelinetees.com.
*Production times may vary if you ordered a limited time design, an embroidery item, or large order.
Standard shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 business days through USPS.
Please note, shipping times are based on business days (weekends not included).
Although we do have a good stock of garments, many are made to order. We ask for 5-7 business days for production once your order is placed. During the production time your order status will show as “Awaiting Fulfillment.” Once your order has been produced and fulfilled your order status will change from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to “Shipped.” Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
